I have the tools and knowledge to True Test for the following:
Water Penetration: Water is the #1 destroyer of homes. I can test for water seepage in walls, ceilings and floors. I can also test for mold caused by water.
Radon: A colorless, odorless, tasteless radioactive gas that is a by-product of the natural decay of uranium in earth. Radon can seep into a home through small cracks and cause lung cancer. I can test for this by taking a 48 hour sample and sending it to the lab.
GFCI Outlets: Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter’s are mandated for kitchens and bathrooms to protect you against electric shock! I test to make sure these outlets are positioned in the right rooms and are wired and test and reset correctly.
Galvanized Pipe: These old pipes rust from the inside out and can be over 50 years old and they can restrict water flow greatly. I can test certain spigots to get an accurate water pressure.
Heating and Cooling: Just because your burner or A/C unit fires up doesn’t mean that you are getting hot or cold enough air, With my laser thermometer we can find out these temps.
